The Gillespie Approach. CFT is a gentle hands-on technique that aims to release fascial strain and improve mobility and brain function. CFT combines elements of cranial osteopathy, myofascial release, and oral/dental techniques to support optimal health.

Hypnosis sessions in-person or virtually to ease anxiety, release expectations of birth and postpartum. Heightens confidence. Softens triggers of trauma in a gentle way without revisiting the event.  

Nurturing in-home clinical care for ALL birth settings provided by a Certified Licensed Midwife. 5 visits from birth-10 weeks.
